2011 Big Sound Challenge Training Regatta!  July 4th through July 7th

NEW this year is a Laser Class.

Registration is now open for the 2011 Big Sound Challenge Training Regatta! 

New this year...we are adding a laser class! Bring your laser and 420 sailors to Parry Sound to train with our team of Ontario Sailing's Elite Coaches July 4-7, 2011. 

Our award winning format remains the same for 2011 

For our Sailors, two days of training with our team of Elite Coaches, followed by the opportunity to put their new skills into practice in two days of racing. Laser and 420 sailors registered in Bronze IV and higher are welcome!

For our Club Coaches, four days of mentoring from our team of Elite Coaches as they conduct the Big Sound Challenge. In addition, the Big Sound Challenge will be hosting a Field Evaluation Clinic. This will enable your Coaches currently in 'Trained' status to become 'Certified'. Coaches are not required to be registered in the Big Sound Challenge to request an evaluation. Spots are limited and requests for evaluations are made on the Club Registration form.

For our Chaperones, the opportunity to participate in our evening social activities, as well as a special Chaperone Lunch on Wednesday.

For everyone, three evenings of fun and camaraderie including: dinner and a movie at the Stockey Centre, a cottage BBQ, a Beach Party and Bonfire!

Our Elite Coach Team, we already have confirmation from: Ashley Lethbridge, Graham Fraser, Murray McCullough, Evan Lewis,  Chris Hewson and Rob Fox!

To register, simply complete and return the attached forms to BigSoundChallenge@sailparrysound.on.ca.Full Payment in the form of a check made payable to Sail Parry Sound needs to be received before registration will be confirmed. Please mail your payment to:
